1. Who we are

Wall Smash is developed and published by Tuan Anh ("we", "us", "the developer"). This policy explains what information Wall Smash collects when you play, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. This policy applies specifically to Wall Smash and does not cover other apps or websites.

2. Information collected through Epic Online Services (EOS)

Wall Smash uses the Epic Online Services SDK to provide login, cloud save, and in-game purchases. When you sign in with your Epic Account, EOS shares limited account information with us, including your Epic Account ID and display name. When you buy coin packs or a VIP subscription, EOS handles the transaction and shares purchase confirmation and entitlement data with the game so it can unlock your items. We do not receive or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Epic Games.

3. Information collected automatically

• Gameplay data, such as level progress, in-game currency balance, and settings, stored locally and/or via EOS cloud save
• Basic device and platform information (operating system, hardware type) used for compatibility and crash diagnostics
• Purchase and entitlement records for coin packs and VIP subscriptions, used to unlock and restore your content

4. How we use this information

• To let you sign in, save progress, and restore purchases across sessions
• To process and validate in-game purchases through Epic Online Services
• To diagnose crashes and improve game stability and balance
• To respond to support requests sent to us directly

5. Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum information necessary with Epic Games, Inc. through the EOS SDK to enable login and purchases, governed by Epic's own privacy policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Children's privacy

Wall Smash is not directed at children under 13. Where a player signs in through an Epic Account governed by parental controls or a Cabined Account, Epic's own child-privacy protections apply to that account. We do not knowingly collect additional personal information from children beyond what EOS provides for account and purchase functionality.

7. Data retention

We retain gameplay and purchase records for as long as your account is active on Wall Smash, or as needed to comply with legal and financial obligations related to in-game purchases. You can request deletion of data we hold directly (see Section 9).

8. Your choices

You can manage your Epic Account data and linked-account permissions directly in your Epic Account settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information we hold directly about you, contact us using the details below.
